Weekend Roundup!

So we found ourselves at Sticky Rice for a little GNO. Well, some of us made a little pitstop at Popeye's next door to cure some hanger (and to kill some time since our wait was 45 minutes).

Once the rest of the crew arrived, we were seated in a cozy booth where we stayed put for a few hours and took in sushi, tater tots, and some drinks.

A toast! When at StickyRice, some of us toast with soy sauce and sriracha.

Yerin and an oh-so-enthusiastic Leslie. 

As we ladies have really taken to being in bed early in our old age, we tossed our plans to take over the rest of the city and were in bed by midnight!

The next morning, I squeezed in a breakfast with those little Schneider brothers before scooting off to work for the rest of the day.

Yeah, it was tasty... but not the greatest thing to eat before having to go to work. :/ 

They got to spend the rest of their day sleeping off a food coma, but I had to power through mine. Boo.

If you're ever at Original Pancake House and feel the need to order a side of grits, be warned it comes in a bowl as big as a large bucket of popcorn at the movies.

And that's not a bad thing. Just make sure you've got Schneider brothers with you to help you out!
