Bon Appetit was right, tomato and mayonnaise sandwiches are LEGIT.


Again folks, I cannot emphasize enough how perfect this bread is for a solid open faced sandwich.

Jules also introduced me to tomato gravy (imagine your good ol' sausage breakfast gravy, but with tomatoes instead), which will be my next kitchen project... I'm thinking Sweet Potato Biscuits with Tomato Gravy. Tomatoes FO LYFE!
