MS 5K!
Right after our Call to Action Day for EWLW, Jules and I participated in the MS 5K in Reston organized by the National MS Society.
We participated in the walk last year and have been looking forward to it for months now. It's a great group of people and the turnout was incredible! They always make this event a lot of fun!
This year, we ordered some awesome EWLW shirts (designed by the French cycling team, nbd.), which we are also giving away as prizes for EWLW participants!
The EWLW Challenge officially kicks off today, so we're off to a great start! It's especially awesome when we're able to take part in programs like this in our community.
Living well? Sure, that makes me feel pretty great. Doing good? Most def.
