Thanksgiving (Take 3) Prep...

So last night, we had a bit of a reunion with Can't Go Wrong back in town… the cousins came over and brought China King (amazing), movies and ice cream.  I know I'm showing my age, but I can't think of a better way to spend a Friday evening…

While the movie was going, I spent some time prepping for today's feast… (and played with Instagram)

I brined my first turkey!

made a Pumpkin Pie and took an emo picture with it...

made an apple pie from scratch with Livia!

I've decided that making Thanksgiving Dinner isn't really a giant undertaking if you have the time to do prep the night before… and greasy chinese food & gallons of sriracha to nosh on through the night.

Turkey timer's going off!  Gotta run!
