A Bad Day...

… to be a vegetable!  There are no bad days over at WTSM.  (duh.)

I cleaned out the vegetable drawer today (well, didn't really clean it, I just took everything out of it and cooked it… it's still in need of a cleaning, but I will let someone else do that part).

I made a vegetable soup…

Chop all your vegetables up, throw into a pot, add water, a can of tomato paste and simmer all. day. long.

Fantab.  I then load it with enough salt to send my blood pressure through the roof and enjoy with a crusty piece of bread.  Yummers.
