A Day Off - Part One

Title explains it all... (my weekends just happen to be in the middle of the week) I spent today cleaning, cleaning, and cleaning some more. Now that everything has been dusted, folded, and put away ... I am settling in for what I'm hoping will be an interesting episode of Top Chef. We shall see...
