Looking for a getaway in Charlottesville? I've got just the place! Located just minutes away from downtown Charlottesville, this B&B is for anyone looking for a 48-hour assault on your tastebuds and waistline. 

Your live-in host provides at least 2-3 meals per day as an option - or choose to dine out in any number of tasty local spots as well! There to cater to any craving, your host (we'll call her Joann) will take any requests prior to and throughout your arrival to ensure ultimate foodisfaction.

This place has it's own dumpling shop? Yep. Marco & Luca

And one of our guests' all-time favorites - Ace Biscuit & BBQ. Serving up all sorts of crazy combinations all day long. Our favorite? The make-your-own breakfast sandwich! Chorizo! Sausage! The drippiest, runniest egg! Pimento Cheese!

As far as in-house options go... rich chocolate cake? We got that. Super flaky croissants? We got that. Scratch-made Spinach and Sundried Tomato ravioli in homemade pesto? We got that too.

To work off some of that food, your host is prepared to put you though the paces at the gym. If that's not your flavor, certainly help yourself to many of the walking trails, water activities, tennis courts, basketball courts, or pool/hot tub.

And there is never any pressure to get out and do anything at all! We're perfectly happy homebodies as well. The lounging and snacking packages are amongst our most popular amongst guests.

And we know there's always room for improvement! Coming this Spring/Summer - a rooftop garden and dining experience! Growing now - a varieties of herbs and veggies to only enhance your visit! Think the freshest of the fresh harvested right outside your door! We've also been working on our ice cream features! This B&B also happens to make in-house frozen treats. Our latest? Carrot Cake Ice Cream!

The sheets are clean, the bedside snacks are stocked, and we are absolutely jazzed for you to come visit!
