Skillz.
Skillz: (n.) above average proficiency at completing an activity.
i.e. AG and I have mad skillz.
Following our last WW meeting, AG and I went on a little shopping trip to demonstrate some of the things we've learned on our WW journey…
1. Practice portion control:
AG with her place settings for Thanksgiving dinner.
2. Fight for what you love:
(keeping a tall friend around is especially good when the last three tubs of Cinnamon Cool Whip are at the very top of the freezer section)
If needed, you make this tall friend climb into the freezer. It's CINNAMON COOL WHIP.

OMG.
3. Recognize when you are being confronted by Evil in its purest form:
FAMILY SIZE JAR OF PEANUT BUTTER.
Just put it down.
4. Recognize when you've found something that's just TOO good to give up - and then decide to blow all of your points on it...
5. … By eating half the tub pumpkin cream cheese with wheat thins while checking out (because it's the right thing to do).
[No photos were taken of this last step, because it was definitely not one of my proudest moments.]
