Joyce-y's Birthday!
Another birthday in the bakery! Happy (belated) Birthday to our sweet Joyce!
Her birthday was actually on Monday, but Jules and I weren't both at work until later on in the week, so we decided the best way to surprise her would be to do it on a day that wasn't her actual birthday… GOTCHA!
Although the cake we had was deeeelish, it didn't compare to any of Joyce's famous cakes… but I guess it would have been rude/too obvious to ask her to bake her her own birthday cake. Maybe next year… :)
